Born and raised on Staten Island, Drew is the baker behind Doughin’ It! He graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education, where he earned diplomas in Pastry and Baking Arts and Bread Baking.
Drew is passionate about creating artisan breads — especially anything sourdough — and is always eager to learn new techniques, experiment with new flavors, and create delicious recipes to share with others.
Doughin’ It is the realization of Drew’s dream: a place where he can share his love of baking and bring a little happiness to others through freshly baked breads, cookies, and other sweet treats. For Drew, the greatest joy is sharing a little piece of that dream with you.
